Aside from the obvious problem that most young people have trouble making prudent decisions for themselves, but trying to enforce a contractual obligation between an adult enterprise like ourselves and a minor who isn't, in most cases, legally able to enter into a signed contract is a legal quagmire we would prefer to not get ourselves into in the first place.
