In order for you to receive proper credit under our referral program, the following conditions and limitations apply:

• Your referral must meet all qualifications stated elsewhere in the site.

• If we sign a lady you refer to us, you will be awarded an amount equal to 50 percent of the rate awarded to her in the contract. This is a one-time payment. However, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can send to us.

• In order for you to be paid, your referral must be awarded and signed to a contract. Being scheduled for or performing an audition is not sufficient. There's no reason for us to pay for a referral we are not able to sign or doesn't meet our standards.

• Any fraudulent activity will immediately cancel your award(s) and possibly your referral's contract.

• The referral must mention you and provide payment information to us.

• Referrers are independent contractors and are not agents, employees, or clients of Roleplaywithme.com. You must have a valid Social Security number, and we do verify information sent to us. Suspicious information will be referred to your local district attorney's office for possible prosecution.

• All payments are referred to the Internal Revenue Service as income. We use Paypal for financial transactions. If you do not have a Paypal account, a check will be mailed to you via the information provided. Please allow six to eight weeks for payment once payment has been approved. Referrers bear all responsibility for being able to convert these funds for their use. We guarantee only that the payment is valid. The rest depends on the recipient.

• Any disputes are decided by Roleplaywithme.com and we reserve all rights in these transactions.

• Our sole interaction with third parties is through this Referral program. We do not deal with middle men, talent scouts, professional agents, or any other third parties. Our financial obligation begins and ends there. Any contracts for representation and renumeration are solely between the signed prospect and you.

• If you have any questions, please contact us. These terms are subject to change, and again, we reserve all rights under this program.
